Shipping Info

(01) Introduction

Please read this information carefully and ensure that you fully understand all aspects of the policy before placing your order.

(02) How To Order

This is via the 'Add To Cart' button shown with each product. Once you have completed your basket you will then be able to check out. Please enter the delivery address details accurately to avoid any delay with your order. Shipping in all cases is by Royal Mail Standard, but you can request a quote from us should you want your item(s) tracked. This also provides postal insurance for your order. If you do not choose to do this, then, the goods are sent at your own risk. Please check all information on the confirmation email. If anything is incorrect, then, please let us know immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation email, then, please let us know so that we can re-send.

(03) Pricing

All prices are in £GBP. We do recommend that you use www.xe.com to check current exchange rates.

(04) Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of placing your order. However, if the item(s) has been dispatched, then, you must return the item(s) to us unopened and undamaged. You will also undertake to pay any return postage charges incurred.

(05) Shipping

This will be by Royal Mail Standard in all cases unless you have requested a quote for a Tracked Option. Costs are calculated by taking into account the weight of the order and the actual packaging required. If it is found to be less expensive to post items separately, then, we will let you know in advance. You will be able to see a shipping cost in your basket and so decide whether or not to proceed with your purchase.

(06) Insurance

The Royal Mail 'Confirmed', 'Guaranteed' and 'Tracked and Signed' Options all afford a level of insurance and should be considered for peace of mind and/or if you have any concerns about the postal service in your region/country. This can be arranged by contacting us for the available options/pricing. Please note that not choosing one of these options and the associated insurance means that we are unable to provide any method for tracking your order.

(07) Delivery Times

All orders will be processed/shipped within 2-3 days of receipt. This will need to be added to the shipping time.

Royal Mail advise shipping times as follows:

UK: 2-3 working days.
Europe: 3-7 working days.
Rest of World: 7+ working days.

Some individual countries - Central and South America, for example - can take up to 4 weeks.

(08) Non-receipt

If you have paid for insurance by way of an available option and not received the goods after 7 working days, then, please contact us for a tracking number that can be taken to your local post office. We will also take steps to track from the UK.

(09) Import Duties

These vary from country to country and you may be deemed liable by local authorities. Please note that PGR did not make the rules on international trading!

(10) Other Points To Consider

Let us know as soon as possible should any item arrive damaged. Please email us a picture of this for our records and to help with the insurance aspect of the order.

For environmental reasons we will not send replacement jewel cases as these can be bought cheaply in your own country.

Your order is processed by Stripe and is secure.

Please contact us in the first instance if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service and give us the chance to put things right before proceeding to lodge a dispute via your bank or credit card company.
