(01) How do I get my download?
This will either be sent to you via the
email address provided at the time of
ordering - but not until the physical
item has actually shipped - or a code
will be included with the physical
item.
(02) Do you accept demos?
We are really happy to hear new music,
if it tends towards the melodic and
symphonic end of prog rock.
We
will listen to
EVERYTHING,
but we cannot promise to reply to every
single submission.
We will try to get back to you, though!
Please send only physical copies or a
download link. Emails with attachments
will be deleted.
(03) Will you carry my/our promo?
PGR releases their own artists signed
to the label and does not carry any
promotional material for others.
We will - on occasion - work with
other labels on co-promotion.
(04) Is my order secure?
All orders are processed by Big Cartel
and PayPal/Stripe.
(05) Do you have a Mailing List?
Yes. All customers are added to this
at the time of ordering unless also
sending a message asking us not to do
so. This means you can keep up with
the latest news and releases from PGR,
but can opt out at any time.
PGR is not required under UK law to
register with the Information
Commissioner's Office. However, PGR
will adhere to the principles of the
Data Protection Act and understands
best practice for managing your
information.
Your details will
NEVER be
passed or sold to a 3rd party for
marketing purposes.
